We require all customers to make a 40% non-refundable deposit in order to hold your reservation. No exceptions. The remaining 60% will be charged to your credit card 10 days prior to your reservation date. No changes to your itinerary can be made within 10 days of your tour or special event.
If you need to change your reservation date, please contact us in writing at least 10 days prior to your reservation date and we can transfer your deposit for a future booking to be used within 6 months. If you need to cancel your reservation, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to your reservation date. No refunds will be given for late cancellations, no shows or late change requests.
Bluebonnet Personal Transport is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, sudden illness or injury, family emergency, work conflict, credit card declines or any other unforeseen issues that may cause you to cancel your reservation with us. It is suggested you purchase your own travel insurance, if this is a concern for you. In the unlikely circumstance services are cancelled by Bluebonnet Personal Transport, a full refund will be quickly provided to you.
Everyone is encouraged to have fun. Make the most of your time out. You are an adult and responsible for your own actions. For tours and events that involve alcohol, please drink in moderation, stay hydrated, keep yourself and others safe. No illegal, dangerous or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Your services will end and no refund will be given. If your behavior results in damages, a cleaning and repair fee will be charged to the booking credit card. By booking our services, you are agreeable to our terms and conditions.
Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside our van at any time. If minors are present, no consumption of alcohol is permitted. For wine, brewery and distillery tours, all passengers must be at least 21 years of age on date of your tour and present valid photo ID. No exceptions. No refunds will be offered for bookings in violation of this policy. It is extremely important to us that we remain compliant with Texas Law at all times. Thank you in advance for observing this requirement.
It is suggested that you bring cash or a credit card to pay for tastings, tours, club memberships and gifts, if you are on a tour with us. It is also suggested that you bring your photo ID, sunscreen, sunglasses and other personal items, as necessary, depending on the tour or special event, and the anticipated weather on that date. We do offer a cooler and bottled water for your refreshment and convenience.
