We assist with every step of planning your winery tour, including:

• Recommending the best wineries, breweries, distilleries, and dining options 
• Creating a customized itinerary based on your interests, schedule, and budget

• Requesting available group discounts on your behalf 

Wine tasting fees typically range from $15–$30 per person for standard tastings, while premium tasting experiences at select wineries may range up to $50 per person.  If your group would like to enjoy lunch or dinner during the tour, we can arrange stops at venues offering excellent food options, with most meals typically ranging from $15–$25 per person.

Because every tour is unique, we work closely with you to build an experience that fits both your vision and your budget.  Whether you want a relaxing afternoon sipping wine with friends or a full-day celebration exploring multiple destinations, we are happy to guide you through the planning process and answer any questions along the way.

For the best experience, we generally recommend selecting one winery region for your tour.  This allows your group to spend more time enjoying the wineries and less time driving between locations.  However, your itinerary is always fully customizable, and we are happy to take you wherever you’d like to go.

You have two booking options available:

Book private group transportation with us and pay for tastings, food, and purchases directly at each winery.  Our standard ground transportation rates apply.

(Minimum 6 guests)

• Two-stop tour starting at $99 per person weekdays / $109 weekends 
• Three-stop tour starting at $129 per person weekdays / $139 weekends 
• Four-stop tour starting at $159 per person weekdays / $169 weekends 

These packages include transportation and wine tastings for your group. Meals are not included and can be purchased separately at participating venues during your tour.  Please remember to bring a credit card, as many guests enjoy purchasing wine bottles, souvenir glasses, wine club memberships, snacks, or meals throughout the day.  You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages onboard.  We simply ask that guests help keep the vehicle clean by properly disposing of any trash before exiting the van.

In addition to winery tours, we can also help plan brewery tours, distillery tours, or customized experiences that combine multiple venue types into one unforgettable day.
